Initially, our first step is to have an introductory meeting to learn about your business, it's needs and goals, and analyze your complete benefits package.  We evaluate your type of industry, build an understanding of your employee base.  Once these factors are established we develop a profile specific to your company, and create a summary of our recommendations.  We will present those recommendations to you, and if accepted, we then implement the comprehensive package customized specifically to your business.

Our Consulting Process

We rely on a disciplined three-step process 

Step 1, we conduct a comprehensive review of your current employee benefit program and the needs and goals of the company.  We collect information and knowledge about your company dynamics and its employees.   Based on this information, we develop a complete model including the current employee benefits program, along with your company needs and projections. Clear goals are set. 

Step 2, we complete an in-depth analysis, we identify the gap between your current Benefit Package and your objectives and liability (if applicable).  We then offer alternative strategies and identify solutions that fit your company’s needs and goals reflected in the needs and goals model.  These customized recommendations form the basis of your Employee Benefit Package.  

Step 3, the final step of our process is implementation.  If you choose to execute our recommendations, we help ensure each component is coordinated and integrated.  We are committed to keeping your plan current by offering semi-annual / annual meetings, thorough review of each renewal and on going communications, assistance and services.
