Mosaic specializes in health insurance planning and solutions for our clients by improving our practice with tools that differentiate us from other benefits brokerage companies.  We want to be the answer to their questions, wants, and needs as we strive to be innovative with the ever-changing environment.  We provide our clients with all the resources and tools necessary to guide them in accomplishing their goals, whether the need is for individuals or businesses.    We are licensed to provide consultation on Medicare, Individual health, group benefits, and long-term care.    

First, our proprietary planning process evaluates the current situation for the individual, family, or business and identifies gaps between the current benefit package and the needs and wants of the client. Then, we create a customized Menu of Options for their consideration. Upon implementation, we are available for continued support for all questions and needs, compare rates and coverage during renewal and open enrollment periods and offer adjustments to the current plan as needed. Our depth and breadth of knowledge allow us to recommend highly customized and diversified strategies to meet both near-term and long-term goals and objectives.
