Penalty A: Health Coverage is NOT Offered
2014: $2,000 per each FT Employee minus 30 (Employers with 100 or more FT employees my reduce by 80 instead of 30)
2015: $2,080 per each FT Employee minus 30
2016: $2,160 per each FT Employee minus 30
Penalty B: Offers Health Coverage but is not Affordable or meet Minimum Value
2014: $3,000 for each employee that went to the Federal Marketplace and received a tax credit because coverage was unaffordable or didn't meet minimum value.
2015: $3,120 for each employee that went to the Federal Marketplace and received a tax credit because coverage was unaffordable or didn't meet minimum value.
2016: $3,240 for each employee that went to the Federal Marketplace and received a tax credit because coverage was unaffordable or didn't meet minimum value.
